Uraian Tugas

  • Review and verify client financial documents, including payslips, bank statements, tax documents, and identification records.
  • Input and maintain accurate client data within CRM and mortgage broker systems.
  • Monitor mortgage applications from submission through approval and settlement.
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents and application requirements.
  • Coordinate with lenders, banks, settlement agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track application progress and ensure timely updates.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance issues.
  • Maintain organized documentation and file management systems.
  • Prepare professional emails and communicate effectively with Australian clients and lenders.
  • Support administrative and operational activities related to mortgage processing.


    • Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Mortgage Processing, Loan Processing, Credit Administration, Banking Operations, Financial Services, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience reviewing financial documents such as payslips, bank statements, tax returns, and loan documents.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable communicating with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management tools.
  • Able to work during Australian business hours.
  • Experience handling Australian, UK, US, or international clients is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, mortgage platforms, or document management systems is an advantage.
