Uraian Tugas

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations for blue-collar employees, including attendance, contracts, and disciplinary matters
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding manpower planning and employee-related issues
  • Maintain and update employee data, contracts, and HR documentation accurately
  • Support payroll processes and ensure data accuracy
  • Handle employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns and supporting conflict resolution
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented effectively in daily operations
  • Support General Affairs (GA) functions, including office/site facilities, asset management, and vendor coordination (e.g., security, cleaning services, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support for employees
  • Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)

This role is suitable for mid-level HR professionals who are comfortable handling both HR and GA in a hands-on environment.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRGA role
  • Experience handling blue-collar/workforce employees is highly preferred
  • Willing to be based in Bali
  • Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, HR operations, employee relations)
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and handle day-to-day operational HR matters
