Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits; marinate, season, and portion meats and fish; and measure and weigh necessary ingredients for recipes
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers; follow recipes and directions under the supervision of senior cooks or chefs; and assist in cooking processes like stirring, sautéing, and baking.
