Uraian Tugas

  • Research, develop dan formulate new food and beverage products.
  • Improve existing food and beverage products.
  • Optimize current and future production / manufacturing process (continuous improvement)
  • Lead and carry out new product trials & sensory trials
  • Sourcing ingredients from suppliers

Syarat & Kualifikasi

    • Minimum Degree from Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or other relevant major from reputable university.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in bakery, or frozen product manufacturing, or other food manufacturing as a Production Supervisor or Shift Leader.
    • Have strong leadership skills and good analytical thinking.
    • Able to work both independent or in a team.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
    • Good understanding and experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000 and FSSC, and Halal Assurance System will be an advantage.
    • Computer literacy & good administrative.
    • Highly motivated, able to work hard, possess initiative, trustworthy & loyal.
