Uraian Tugas

  • Fulfilling hiring targets as the Company manpower plan.
  • Handling Recruitment Process : Sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring employees, finalizing and orienting new employees.
  • Conducting employer branding activities internally and externally (collaboration with campuses, job fairs, campus hiring, etc.).
  • Developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs, and looking for the right human resources to meet the company's operational activities.

Syarat & Kualifikasi

    • Bachelor Degree (S1) - Psychology, from reputable University
    • Minimum 3 years working experience as a Recruiter or Training Program PIC
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills¬†
    • Familiar with Psychological Tools
    • Familiar with MS Office applications
    • Good personality and attitude, time management, and strong analytic skill
    • Willing to Work under-pressure and tight deadlines target
