Handling Recruitment Process : Sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring employees, finalizing and orienting new employees.
Conducting employer branding activities internally and externally (collaboration with campuses, job fairs, campus hiring, etc.).
Developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs, and looking for the right human resources to meet the company's operational activities.
Syarat & Kualifikasi
Bachelor Degree (S1) - Psychology, from reputable University
Minimum 3 years working experience as a Recruiter or Training Program PIC
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with Psychological Tools
Familiar with MS Office applications
Good personality and attitude, time management, and strong analytic skill
Willing to Work under-pressure and tight deadlines target
