Uraian Tugas

  • Identify and structure problems, showcasing understanding and context of the assignment 
  • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and provide recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Work effectively with the assigned team to come up with the best recommendation or solution
  • Lead the team in formulating recommendation and/or solution presentation or document
  • Establish and build trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations
  • Consistently performing effective communication and relationship-building skills with other team members and the firm’s hierarchy


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • D3/S1 graduate from a University with a minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience 
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill 
  • Outstanding command of Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Possess good analytical skill, ability to focus and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask while performing problem-solving skills 
  • Consistently exercise high-level of initiative and proactive manner
  • Have an excellent time management
  • Immediate availability to start
