Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organisation's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans
Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested
Managing and overseeing daily operations accounting team (AR, AP, bank recon, payments)
Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
Syarat & Kualifikasi
Bachelor degree in Accounting
At least 5 years of working experience in managing teams
Proficient in speaking and writing English.
Having Brevet A & B
Ability to provide financial/analytical support, handle multiple tasks within an open and interarctive environtment
Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely & accurately
Exposure to VAT, withholding taxes, personal income tax, and corporate taxes
Possess high level of integrity and ability to work under pressure.
