The Sales manager at SIWA is responsible to develop and foster business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of our Villas & Club.
Must work cooperatively with individuals and hospitality teams to identify skill development areas and properly deploy sales and marketing resources.
Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Assist the GM & Club Manager in the absence of director of sales in the day to day running of the sales department and related administration.
- Achieve and develop rapport with local wedding planners, tour operators, airlines and destination management companies through personal association and calling them on a planned and scheduled basis.
- Maintain a relationship with relevant Hotel Associations and the Tourism Boards.
- Participate in sponsored cocktails and or Fam. trips hosted by the above associations.
- Concentrate on travel partners program and call on all airlines to stay in touch with the market trends regarding group travel.
Syarat & Kualifikasi
- A Bachelors degree in any field
- At least 2-years’ experience in sales
- Strong in inter-personal skills and relationship building
- Proficiency in English communication and computer literate
- Strong commitment to driving results
