Uraian Tugas

  • Pre-Opening Team to prepare and set up operational items under supervisory of each Head of Department
  • Executing and implementing all planning designed by its Head of Department
  • Working with other team to ensure all time-table of preparation are being executed to the schedule of hotel opening
  • Reconcile house fund on a daily basis and keep the safe neat and tidy
  • Open every morning the Front Office safe depository, in the presence of a designated Finance employee and Front Office Manager / Night Manager and collect the deposit envelopes, which are checked against the deposit sheet
  • Report immediately any envelope missing to the Director of Finance / Financial Controller
  • Check each item in the envelope against the enclosed list and any differences should be listed in the over / short column provided on the deposited sheet
  • Report immediately any discrepancies to the Income Auditor and Director of Finance / Financial Controller
  • Liaise with the money exchange company and exchange all foreign currency with the local currency.

  • Male or Female, attentive, hard-working with other smoothly
  • Youngster and attractive, friendly and having a cheerful-gesture. Good attitude and having high integrity
  • Having experience and skill related to its position to be applied. A pre-opening experiences is a plus as consideration
  • Attentive, communicative, casual person and able to build good chemistry with the guest
  • Good English, other language will be a consideration
  • Creative and updated with digital tools
  • Concern and able to apply CHSE very disciplin
  • Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer.
  • Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must possess basic computational ability.
  • Must possess basic computer skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor Degree preferred.
