Uraian Tugas

  • Pre-Opening Team to prepare and set up tools, business mapping, business penetration, competitor overview under supervisory of Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Generate pre-lead of business refer to hotel’s door-opened both online and offline marketFamiliarization of Property Management System in regards to have smooth and tidy system in reservation and sales & marketing
  • Be a sales person to selling the room and FB to walk-in guest
  • Generate revenue refer to hotel’s budget and target
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Male or Female, attentive, strong leadership and able to working with other smoothly
  • Youngster and attractive. Friendly and having a cheerful-gesture
  • Well-known about business area and market segment in Tangerang area particularly BSD area
  • Attentive, communicative, casual person and able to build good chemistry with the client
  • Good English, other language will be a consideration
  • Creative and up to date with digital tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in sales
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
