CONTROLLER INTERNAL AUDITOR PROGRAM (CIAP))

CIAP is our entry-level program that provides new accounting, finance and business administration graduates with experiences, tools and support. By leveraging these resources, participants can meaningfully contribute to our business development efforts, especially in supporting our internal control, auditor, accounting and finance services department.

Program requirement:

·         Bachelor degree or Master Degree from local or overseas university

·         Major : Accounting, Finance, Business Administration

·         An excellent academic record (Minimum GPA 3.25 for Bachelor Degree and 3.50 for Master Degree)

·         Fresh graduate with less than one year working experience

·         Fluent in English, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.

·         Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills

·         Demonstrated problem-solving skills

·         A willingness to be placed in Pangkalan Kerinci – Riau, Sumatra.

·         Willingness to travel to our estates
