Marketing & Sales Staff

• Work with management team to implement strategic initiatives to ensure that annual growth targets are met and ideally exceeded to increase the company’s market share

• Finding and creating new partnership opportunities

• Maintain good relationship with partners and clients

• Analyse market trends in order to establish pricing strategies, recommend selling prices, supply and demand market.

• Recommend creative, unique and effective selling techniques based

• on researched market analysis

BRIEF SUMMARY

We are a company that specialized in security surveillance system, and we are looking for passionate person to join our Marketing and Sales division office based in South Jakarta

• Man and Woman

• Possess at least a bachelor’s degree/Professional Degree in Business development /Sales/Marketing or equivalent

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Marketing/Sales role

• Ability to engage, motivate and collaborate with cross functional team with limited supervision.

• Ability to think and write critically and initiate creative solutions.

• Proactive individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; and are comfortable and deal with people from various nationals, cultural backgrounds and at all different levels

• Strong knowledge in MS Office applications with good MS Excel & Power point skills.

• English ability both oral & written (novice level)
