The Company is a joint venture company owned by PT Astra International Tbk through its subsidiary, PT Sedaya Multi Investama collaborating with Marubeni Corporation and PT Marubeni Indonesia, with ownership of each at 60%, 35%, and 5%. The Company focuses on providing financing facility of the heavy equipment and all of its supporting vehicle. Since 2019, to improve the Company’s business activities in financing industry, the Company started exploring through new businesses sector which is transportation and logistics. Therefore, until now the Company has classified its financing portfolio based on mining, agriculture, forestry, construction, industry, transportation and logistics segments. Furthermore, as an effort to diversify portfolio and explore new business opportunity, the Company has also started preparing to build financing infrastructure in the printing sector In conducting its business activity, the Company relies on its marketing network in total of 13 representative offices spread in 4 regions i.e Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra, and Sulawesi. Subsequently, The Company will continuously expand its marketing network in accordance to the Company’s business development.
